This Return Policy applies to paid personalised evening checklist services from Dynamoicleansing. It works alongside the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be excluded for consumers.
1. Nature of deliverables
We supply custom digital documents and consultation time. Once a final checklist is delivered, it cannot be returned like physical goods. This policy explains cancellation, revision, and refund rights.
2. Written quotes
All fees are quoted in NZD before work starts. Your quote lists scope, deliverables, revision rounds, and whether GST is included.
3. Cancellation before work begins
Cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment and before your intake session for a full refund, minus non-refundable payment processing charges levied by third-party providers.
4. Revisions included
Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your quote. Extra rounds may be purchased. Revision requests must arrive within 21 days of delivery.
5. If the service does not meet guarantees
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and be fit for any agreed purpose. If our deliverable materially differs from your written quote, notify us within 14 days. We will remedy through correction, additional revision, or another remedy permitted by law.
Subjective preference about wording style is handled through included revisions, not automatic refunds, unless remedies under the CGA are unavailable or unsuccessful.
6. Seasonal refresh credits
Unused seasonal refresh credits expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated. Credits are non-transferable without written agreement.
7. How to request a refund or remedy
Email assist@dynamoicleansing.world with your quote reference and a clear description. We respond within 10 business days.
8. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may use dispute processes described on Consumer Guarantees or contact Consumer Protection.
