1. Guarantees for services
Under the CGA, services must be:
- Carried out with reasonable care and skill
- Fit for any particular purpose you told us about before agreeing
- Completed within a reasonable time when no time is set
- Charged at a reasonable price when price is not fixed beforehand
We provide written quotes before starting paid work so scope, timing, and NZD pricing are clear.
2. If something goes wrong
